Mouse (Plural Mice)
A small rodent with small rounded ears and scaly body-length tail are primarily nocturnal. In the wild, mice are herbivorous, however urban mice are opportunistic and will eat any type of food scraps. They have poor eyesight but good hearing and sense of smell.
Mice are capable of causing major crop damage placing them in the vermin category. The also are know to cause structural and wire damage with residences. Diseases can be spread through their feces and parasites. One disease linked to mice excrement is the hantavirus.
They are excellent breeders with an average litter size of 10-12. Noise within a residence is normally scratching sounds within the walls or ceiling.
